Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Verify inventory counts against pick tickets and scan items into the system.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) to track shipments and status.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
