Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Stocking & Organization: Efficiently receive, unpack, and stock incoming shipments to ensure shelves are organized and fully stocked.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items for orders and prepare them for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some weekday shifts available.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
