Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely move merchandise from delivery trucks to the warehouse floor using hand trucks and dollies.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy by verifying incoming and outgoing products.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack items into boxes, apply labels, and prepare orders for courier pickup.
- Maintain Facility Standards: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Operate Equipment: Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) to move heavy stock efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
