- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
- Identify upsell opportunities for business growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating digital tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
