- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Follow all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
