Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Uphold company standards for data security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Flexible availability to cover evening/weekend shifts as needed
- Must reside in Memphis, TN or Georgia
