- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide precise information.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of customer care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
