Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests regarding products and services.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates within company guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have a reliable internet connection.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite tone.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
