Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat software.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding products, services, and account information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Assist in training new hires and participate in daily team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer training for entry-level candidates.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
