Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning with organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Extended Reality) into our core infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of future-proof product concepts and prototypes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for long-term technological investments.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players, research institutions, and startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex technological strategies to stakeholders and non-technical audiences in a compelling manner.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the technology department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, IT leadership, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering future-focused projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
