Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in applied ethics (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for algorithmic auditing
- Experience testifying before congressional or regulatory bodies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
