- Develop ESG-aligned sustainability frameworks for tech infrastructure
- Champion agile methodologies while managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring transformation ROI and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with proven 2020s-era legacy modernization experience
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and generative AI governance frameworks
- Certification in quantum computing readiness (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional)
- Strategic experience with blockchain integration for supply chain optimization
- Track record of scaling teams through technological pivots (min. 50 headcount)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0 protocols and decentralized architecture
- Published thought leadership on future tech adoption patterns
