Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026 strategic roadmaps across product, technology, and market domains
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with organizational vision
- Quantify strategic outcomes through KPI frameworks and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
