Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global 2030 sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuro-ethical AI
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and global climate-tech accelerators
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging engineers in emerging technologies and responsible innovation practices
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling business case development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technology startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, or biotech AI
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for tech innovation
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
