Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Director of Future Tech Strategy to lead our initiatives leading up to the year 2026. Nexus Innovations is pioneering the next generation of digital experiences, and we need a leader who can anticipate the technological shifts that will define the future.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Spatial Computing. You will drive the strategic roadmap that ensures our products remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead R&D efforts in cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic solutions into scalable products.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape shifts to guide investment decisions.
- Manage a team of futurists, strategists, and technical architects.
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or R&D.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Strong background in software architecture and system design.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
