Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI safety protocols
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized future-tech products
- Top 1% performance in predictive technology adoption modeling
- Certification in Global Futures and Foresight methodologies
