Responsibilities
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI systems, and decentralized networks
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and strategic partnerships
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional implementation teams for pilot projects and scaling initiatives
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to enterprise-wide deployment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
