Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and real-time learning.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize algorithmic efficiency and reduce latency.
- Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor and coach a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure robust security protocols, ethical AI implementation, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (strong candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and exceptional portfolios will also be considered).
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning engineering, or systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and handling massive datasets (Big Data).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
