- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest challenges
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities using predictive modeling tools
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts for executive audiences
