Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-2030 technological and societal trends across 15+ industries
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning frameworks
- Translate complex futures into actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Author quarterly foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing new research methodologies
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
