Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research and trend analysis
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
