Responsibilities

- Lead executive workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for future-state R&D initiatives
- Translate complex future scenarios into quantifiable business opportunities with 18-36 month horizons
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on climate-positive technologies and neuro-enhancement
- Present strategic briefings to the board and investors on market evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing strategic frameworks for post-2025 technology adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe innovation ecosystems
