Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios with P&L responsibility for $50M+ initiatives
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$10M
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
