- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable materials science and distributed energy networks
- Mentor talent in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technological roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interface ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech disruption (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, agent-based modeling)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSP preferred)
