Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping bleeding-edge solutions with 3+ year market horizons
- Partner with C-suite to align 2026 strategic initiatives with corporate sustainability goals
- Curate emerging tech ecosystems through strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and World Economic Forum
- Present 2026 technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Drive patent development for at least 5 breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum mechanics, synthetic biology, or AGI governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications (Nature/Future of Science journals preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computational Biology, or Systems Engineering with PhD preferred
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with 2020-2025 adoption milestones
