Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-AI convergence
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and other innovation pioneers
- Present annual '2026 Horizon Report' to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Foresight', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis
- Public speaking experience at Davos, SXSW Future, or equivalent forums
