Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership published in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Develop patentable frameworks for exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight at top-tier firms (e.g., BCG, Deloitte, or SpaceX)
- Published author on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercialized solutions
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
