Responsibilities
- Forecast 3-5 year technology and societal trends using predictive modeling
- Develop innovation frameworks for quantum/AI integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' with industry disruptors
- Build patent pipeline for emerging tech applications
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or tech forecasting
- Published research on emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Portfolio of implemented future-forward solutions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to market
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
