- Architect strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused entities
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Briefings' for executive board on emerging paradigm shifts
- Design and launch internal 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Oversee $50M innovation fund allocation for breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum as thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and disruption forecasting
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar future-focused publication
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro software and scenario planning methodologies
