Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
