- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities across global teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Experience with futures intelligence tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
