The Opportunity: Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption frameworks. Collaborate with C-suite executives to shape corporate innovation roadmaps while maintaining competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategies incorporating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-tech innovations
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Create stakeholder engagement frameworks for C-suite and board-level adoption planning
- Produce annual 2026 technology impact reports with market positioning analysis
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology forecasting or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
