- Develop and publish annual 2026 Future Outlook reports analyzing macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness maturity across all divisions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
