As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm shifts, develop scenario-based roadmaps, and translate foresight into executable initiatives. Your work will directly influence product innovation, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry evolution through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for sustainable business adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities and innovation pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Design and implement horizon-scanning systems to detect early signals of disruptive change
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) strongly preferred
