Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational models
- Author trend briefs and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Drive innovation pipeline management for emerging tech ventures
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar (e.g., CFCS)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption
