- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, APF)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
