Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports for C-suite audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into business strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trajectories
