Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service innovations using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and societal impacts on business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present future-ready strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies and strategic deliverables
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
