Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, biotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and corporate ESG goals
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategy
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Kumu, Scenariio)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
