- Present strategic foresight findings to executive boards and external partners through compelling data visualizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our organization as a 2026 innovation authority
- Manage horizon-scanning initiatives across 12 emerging technology verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures work or implemented strategic transformations
