Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic war-gaming
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year horizon projects
