Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast business landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead executive workshops translating complex futures into actionable strategic priorities
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to C-suite leadership across 50+ organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investor committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to non-technical executives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping client projects
