Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies for 2026 market adoption
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks analyzing socio-technological shifts, regulatory landscapes, and competitive disruptions
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with company ESG goals and revenue targets
- Present executive-level trend briefings and scenario analyses to board members and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or emerging market analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
