Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for enterprise-scale cryptography systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Mentor 5+ quantum engineers and publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for quantum security initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm implementation (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in government research grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Active contributor to OpenFermion or similar quantum frameworks
