- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies through proprietary modeling tools
- Present findings at premier industry conferences and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and scenario modeling software
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) required
