Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable reports on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Partner with R&D to align innovation projects with future market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Published research on emerging technology trends or future scenarios
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, climate tech, and biotech convergence
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
