Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive 2026+ trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year corporate transformation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications on systemic future-shaping methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Credible portfolio published in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Certified in Futures Research or equivalent accreditation
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
