- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Author white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Monitor geopolitical and climate variables affecting long-term business resilience
- Present future-vision insights to investors and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-mapping capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite on transformational strategies
