Responsibilities

- Oversee pilot programs for quantum-resistant cryptography in financial infrastructure
- Manage stakeholder relationships with NASA, ESA, and private aerospace entities
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring societal impact of emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism with 5+ years strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech societal impact (2018-2023)
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 on 5-year+ digital transformation
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (GPT-4, BLOOM, D-Wave) and scenario planning software
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain within 90 days
