Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision encompassing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate tech, decentralized economies) and their business implications
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed future-readiness principles across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, metaverse
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and board-level presentations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with data-driven storytelling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent advanced credentials
